Course Structure

Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management has a total four units and 120 credits (ETC: 60).  Each unit has 30 credits. 

  1. Introduction to the Tourism Industry
  2. Introduction to the Hospitality Industry
  3. Introduction to Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism
  4. Introduction to Customer Service for Hospitality and Tourism

 

Assessment Method

Assessment methods are 'Assignments only', and there are no examinations. You will be required to submit one assignment for each unit.

After login into your online learning portal, you will study in a structured way - access books/resources online and write your assignments with full support to complete the full qualification.

 

Results and Certificate

Learners must complete 4 units and achieve 120 credits. The awarding body, Qualifi Ltd, will issue the qualification certificate and final transcript. Qualifi Ltd is a recognised awarding body, regulated by UK Qualifications and Examination Regulator (Ofqual).

  • Level 4 + 5 Diploma in Business Management or Hospitality and Tourism to Top Up BA Hons Final Year.
