The objective of the Level 7 Certificate in Research Methods qualification is to develop learners’ ability to prepare for various types of academically based research through the development and design of a research proposal.
Learners will develop a critical understanding of the philosophical, practical and ethical concepts of research within the context of any environment.
At the end of the course, the learner will be able to

Assessment methods include an assignment. There is no exam in this course. You will be required to submit an assignment of a minimum of 2500 words to achieve 20 credits.

Who should study this course?
This qualification is suitable for existing postgraduate students, academic researcher or learners who have already completed other awarding bodies 120 credits Level 7 (UK Postgraduate) diploma and and want to get admission to the MBA Top Up (dissertation only), validated and awarded by the University of Chichester UK.
Learners who will achieve this qualification can get exemptions to Master degree, deliver and awarded by UK Universities, subject to their prior learning approval.
Credit Transfer and Progressions
Learners will achieve 20 credit through this qualification and they will be efficient to develop research proposal for the University master degree level course. They will also progress to the MA, MSC or MBA with research methods unit exemption.
