Cambridge Management and Leadership School invites contributors from around the world, including researchers, academics, writers, professionals, policy thinkers, and sustainability practitioners, to participate in the Leadership in Climate Change & Sustainability event.

We welcome original articles, analytical pieces, reflective essays, and practice-based insights that explore the role of leadership in addressing climate change and advancing sustainability at organisational, national, and global levels.

Purpose of the Call

This initiative aims to create a global platform for knowledge exchange, critical reflection, and leadership-driven solutions to climate and sustainability challenges. Contributors will have the opportunity to share their ideas, research, and perspectives with an international audience and engage in meaningful dialogue with peers, leaders, and experts.

Contribution Themes

Contributions may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:

• Leadership responses to climate change and environmental risk
• Sustainable leadership and governance
• Climate policy, ethics, and responsible decision-making
• Organisational sustainability strategies and innovation
• Human leadership in driving environmental and social impact
• The role of leaders in achieving sustainable development goals
• Interdisciplinary and global perspectives are strongly encouraged.

Selected contributors will be invited to Cambridge Management and Leadership School to attend the Leadership in Climate Change & Sustainability event, where they will have the opportunity to:

• Present their ideas and perspectives
• Engage in discussions with fellow contributors and participants
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and thought leadership dialogues
• Network with academics, professionals, and leadership experts
• This in-person engagement aims to foster collaboration, deepen understanding, and translate ideas into leadership-driven action.
